High End Tablets with Subpar Camera’s

image

There’s a trend I’m starting to see with the tablet manufacturers that doesn’t make sense to me. Why aren’t manufacturers putting the same high end camera’s and high end camera features into their high end tablets as they do on their high end smartphones. Why shouldn’t tablets have the same camera features and same camera resolution as their current flagship phones? The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 have great camera’s. It seems to only make sense for Samsung to put the same high end camera’s and same high end camera features into their high end tablets. If consumers are going to pay top tier prices for tablets, why not give consumers what they pay for?

When I go to any kind of event or outing where lots of picture’s are taken, such as a car show, a wedding, a graduation, or the zoo for example, I see more and more people taking picture’s and recording video on their tablets. Only if those consumer’s could get the same quality out of their tablets as they do with their phones. I’d love to see a Sony Xperia Z Tablet with their new 23 megapixel camera they put into their new Sony Xperia Z5 smartphone. Even with Apple unveiling the new iPad Pro recently. It has the same old camera found on the older iPhones, but the newer iPhones are fitted with Apple’s new 12 megapixel iSight camera with a whole new list of features. If I’m going to pay $800 for an iPad Pro, at least give me the most up to date camera and the most up to date camera features as well.

It’s hard to justify the higher and higher prices manufacturers are placing on their high end offerings for tablets. If I were a manufacturer, I’d add all the same features you find in the smartphones, into the tablets. If your high end tablets are going to cost the same amount as a high end smartphone, at least give the tablets the same exact features and camera quality offered in the smartphones. This would definitely assist with persuading the consumer’s to shell out so much money just for a tablet.

Smartphone Camera’s

What is your camera of choice? Most people reach for their smartphone to snap picture’s on the go and at the drop of a dime. I recently went to an 8th grade graduation and only saw about 3 or 4 people using dedicated camera’s to snap pictures. Everyone else that attended that graduation, took picture’s with their smartphones and tablets.

I saw Android smartphones, Android tablets, iPads and iPhones in full use during the graduation. With the camera technology constantly improving in our wireless electronics like our smartphones and tablets, there will soon be no need for digital camera’s. Smartphones take astounding pictures this day and age so the need to buy a dedicated camera is less likely to happen.

The best camera shooting smartphones are all high end phones. My top 10 best smartphone cameras from the list of the most recent available phones, are listed below.
